Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

 

Warranty

IndieVice offers a One-Year limited warranty from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects and product defects on IndieVice products.  To be under warranty all products must be used as directed as described in the user manual and be returned in its original packaging. IndieVice is not responsible for Third-Party Accessories bought through our website.  All warranties and product support of third-party accessories are provided separately by those companies.

 

Returns

IndieVice offers a 30-day money back guarantee return policy, currently our Free Returns offer is for North America only.  For our customers outside of North America, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a Receipt or Proof of Purchase, Order Number and a brief description of why you require a return.

We DO NOT accept returns for Third-Party accessories, please contact their company website for returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether your item will be accepted for a refund.  We reserve the right to refuse your return if your item is damaged, opened, missing parts, or returned after the 30-day return policy.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.  Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be received.

 

Sale Items

All of our sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned.  Only regular priced items may be returned.

 

Exchanges

Items that are defective may be exchanged for the exact same item only.  If you require an exchange, please contact us at Info@IndieVice.com.  Please include a brief description as to why you require an exchange, what is defective, and we will provide the best possible option to rectify the issue.

Please include your Order Number and Contact Information. If you live outside of North America, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs for your item.
